- Disc and carrying gear have an anodized hard coat with 2 year warranty on gears
Cutting Range
Shred: .025 - ¼" (thickness) ¼" - 5" (length). Tube system will slice all vegetables 1/16" to 1" thick.

Our Salad Blades will easily produce up to 40,000-50,000 lbs./hr. using 6 or more heads of lettuce (max. 25) at one time.Our French-curve blades with serrated edge are designed to provide the cleanest cut available, eliminating bruised product.
